Finally,
Mikayla's day has arrived. She went to ABC Preschool today. She is in the same 3 year old class that Sydney, Haley and Cara were in when they were 3! I think she was a little nervous, last night she mentioned to me that she thought 20 children in one class was too much, I asked her how many kids she thought should be in her class and she said 3! This morning waiting in line to sign her in she was not too talkative and did not want to socialize with any of the other "students". She stayed right by mommy and daddy and
Brayden too!
Here are two of her three teachers, the one holding the clip board is new and I can not remember her name, but the other is Ms. Terry, we know her from previous years. When I picked her up 2 hours later she was full of energy and said she liked school and wanted to go back. She also made a new friend named Abby. I heard from the teachers that their are only 5 girls in the class and 15 boys. Ms. Terry said all the girls stuck together, girl power!! We went to
McDonalds for a special 1st day of school lunch with Cara and Aunt Tammy, it was packed, we weren't the only ones with that "bright" idea!
At the end of the day she was worn out and even had a blister on her foot. What hard work preschool is! And, still she managed to not nap, she was tired and laid down to watch her Barbie movie but did not fall asleep. She did however fall asleep early tonight at around 6 pm! Sweet dreams my preschooler!
Here she is not even one month old yet!
Boy, has she lived up to this description, she is still very much so our little (not baby any more) diva!
